This building was resumed by the Sydney City Council to enable the extension of Martin Place through to Macquarie Street and was demolished circa 1935. St Stephen's Presbyterian Church (later Uniting Church), relocated to a new church building on Macquarie Street. The etching is signed in the lower right corner.
