Mardell House (also known as Edwards Dunlop Building) is at number 287 to 289, on the corner of Druitt Street. Built in 1884 as a warehouse, this is a four storey brick rendered building in Victorian Italianate style. On the right hand side is Nelson House at number 283 to 285. In the foreground are pedestrians, trees and parked vehicles.
