To the far left is part of Tooth's Kent Brewery at number 40 to 56, later demolished for the Central Park development. In the centre is a building under construction at number 58 to 64, with safety markings on power lines. To the right is a two storey brick commercial and residential building in Federation Freestyle with a detailed sandstone parapet and string coursing at number 66 to 70, on the corner of Dick Street. On the Dick Street façade are advertising billboards.
