A three storey face brick hotel built in Interwar Functional style in 1938, it has a curved facade and a deep recessed balcony, with signage for Foster's Lager and Tooth's Old. It later operated as the Abercrombie Hotel. In the background is the Tooth & Co. Ltd Kent Brewery, later the site of the Central Park development.
