A three storey building in the precinct of the Markets, it houses shops at street level including Sing Wa and Company, and Chinatown Cellars with signage for Tooheys, Fosters and Swan beer, and Agip oil. At the left in the background is the Haymarket Telephone Exchange at 15 to 33 Parker Street. On the right is Prince Centre at 8 Quay Street. The building later housed the Aarons Hotel.
