It was painted over two nights in August 1991 by Andrew Aiken and Juilee Pryor with the help of others, notably Tony Spanos who provided the cherry picker crane used on the second night. Andrew Aiken is standing on right hand side on King Street in white overalls with his bass saxophone, admiring the newly-completed mural as the sun rises on it for the first time. In centre foreground is Juilee Pryor's V8 Holden station wagon with the cherry picker attached, and on left hand side is Tony Spanos' classic touring car. Adjacent businesses include Newtown Holiday Tours (number 305) and King Street Chemist (number 293).
