Unique IDA-00062107SeriesMark Goddard Photograph Collection, 2007-2009Date11th January 2009Date qualifierexactFormatPhotograph - DigitalDescriptionView north from the corner of Tambua Street and Bowman Street, Pyrmont, towards the four-storey Cooperage building on the corner of Refinery Drive and Bowman Street, which was repurposed to function as office space in 2005. The Cooperage was constructed by Colonial Sugar Refinery (CSR) in 1901 as a factory to manufacture wooden barrels for the storage and transport of industrial alcohol, rum, and liquid, up until the middle of the 20th century. The Cooperage is within the wider Jacksons Landing residential and commercial property development on the northern tip of the Pyrmont peninsula.
