It operated as a woolstore until the 1970s, after which the building was renovated in the 1980s for reuse as a carpark. In 2005, the building was also converted for use as residential apartments. Pictured in the image is a sign indicating that the building is currently for lease. The carpark entry is around the corner on Harris Street.
