Originally located at the corner of Broadway and Bay Street, Ultimo, it is now located on the corner of Glebe Point Road and Parramatta Road, Glebe. It was erected by Governor Bourke and bears the inscription ' Sydney Lieu R Bourke Governor'. A metal plaque records the relocation of the stone.
