Appended: Report by the City Engineer, J Trevor Jones, 29 November 1883 on meeting with Buckland representing Cooper and discussion of possible purchase or lease. Report by Trevor Jones 20 September 1883. Particulars supplied by Buckland detailing rates paid to Randwick Borough Council and rent calculated for each grant. Report by the Mayor, Benjamin Palmer, 15 September 1876, on the proposed purchase of Sir Daniel Cooper’s land at Botany. Notes including a list of missing letters between 1867 and 1869. Map: Plan of the Botany and Lachlan Watershed, surveyed and compiled by LB Blackwell, Assistant City Engineer and signed by Francis Bell, City Engineer.

Note: This was part of a Finance Committee report removed (possibly at the time) from that series and located in the City Solicitor's bundle. It has been related to the Report (see link below).
