Description
These books contain duplicates of infringement notices issued by Council's Law Enforcement Officers. Most of the notices are for parking offences although the booklets cover general and environmental infringements as well. The name of the Inspector is on the front of the book and the following information is recorded: type of offence, date, time and address at which offence took place; vehicle details, offence and regulation codes; title of offence; penalty; officer signature; and description of offence. The forms are completed in triplicate, with part A being forwarded to the Police Service's Infringement Processing Bureau, Part B retained by Council and Part C left with the vehicle or person.
