This series consists of the working papers of Trevor Waters, of Peddle Thorp Architects, heritage/conservation architect for the Capitol Theatre Reconstruction and Extension project.

The papers, arranged and given corresponding control numbers by Waters, are spiral-bound and contain detailed information about various parts of the historic building. Each volume has complete drawings of specific parts of the building and is appropriately titled. Documentation includes measured drawings and site photographs, some with their negatives, taken before actual reconstruction work started.  An index to the forty two volumes is part of the series, although volumes No. 29 and 30 relating to the Dress Circle West and the Antinous Group were not received by Archives.

Loose copies of site notes, measured drawings, elevations of four sides of the building, stained glass windows drawings, and the project diary listing day to day activities at the job site, were also added to the series..
