This series contains a listing of monthly revenue returns from the lease of City properties.

The properties recorded are as follows: the Wharves at Lime Street, Slip Street, Market Street, King Street (including the rent of salt water mains by the Sydney Bathing Company) and Erskine Street; Hay Street Stores; Belmore Markets; the Baths at the Domain, Dawes Point and Pyrmont; fountains; water reserves at Botany (paddocks) and Lachlan (northern portion); reservoirs at Paddington and Crown Street; the Randwick Toll Gate; Prince Alfred Park, Moore Park; the Poundkeeper's House and the Ranger's House in Moore Park; recreation reserves at Belmore Gardens, Macquarie Place, Bent Street, Argyle Place, Church Hill, and Botany Road; and land at Haymarket.

The schedule records the name of the lessees, the yearly rent, and the amount paid each month. Notes are made when a lease is forfeited. For example, when M B Magill failed to pay the rent on the Randwick Toll Gate, the lease was forfeited and Council undertook the collection of tolls.
