Appended: Letter from WH Mackenzie, senior, no 10 Room, Exchange, suggesting that the  persons petitioning for compensation for land taken in Crown St to correct the alignment should be paid and noting he has already given consent to the removal of his fence; Letter from WH Mackenzie, senior, Oak Cottage, Crown St (between South Head Rd and Albion St) offering to remove his fence deemed an encroachment if Council will bear the cost of removing the embankment etc in lieu of compensation for the loss of land to him, with annotation by Edward Bell, City Engineer; Letter from WH Mackenzie, no 10 Room, Exchange, requesting Council action re correcting the alignment of Crown St as goats and cattle are straying on his property because he has delayed repairing the old fence.
