Description

This collection, acquired from Len Stone and Vic Solomons, includes 562 images documenting Sydney public transport between the 1930's and the 1980's. These classic black and white and colour images heavily feature trams, but also include scenes of horse drawn transport, traffic, track work, and ferries in action, from Circular Quay to the Eastern suburbs. They also include aerial views of Circular Quay.
