They are standing in front of a wall of frames with oversized jigsaw puzzle pieces. Four of the women have name tags, from left to right they are: Vicki, Fran, Jen and Mary. Lemons with a Twist is a party event organised by the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Business Association (SGLBA). In 1999 Lemons with a Twist was held at the same venue as Fruits in Suits networking events, also organised by SGLBA. On the reverse of the image reads Nova - Lemons, which may refer to the commercial radio station Nova, which has promoted and supports LGBTQ rights.
