Their faces are bathed in red light. The decorations include gold stars, suns, moons, planets, and astronauts. This event is believed to be the Sydney Pride New Years Eve party, which sold 10,000 tickets to the event. The Pride New Years Eve party was organised by the PRIDE Centre, a community centre project in Erskineville that aimed to build vital, visible and positive LGBTQIA+ spaces.
