Pitt Street runs away at right. At centre is the Marcus Clark building - later the NSW Railway Commissioners building - at the junction of Pitt Street and George Street which was built in 1905. Hansom cabs are parked on Central Railway Station approach ramp at right. Orchard's Chambers, with sign for RB Orchard a watchmaker, is on left at 793-795 George Street. Also visible are signs for the Lyric Theatre (743-751 George St) and Henderson's Sweets.
