It includes portraits of resident activists Juanita Nielsen and Mick Fowler with their names. Other people that can be identified are: Wendy Bacon (activist), BLF Unionists Joe Owens and Bob Pringle; Frank Theeman (developer); Abe Saffron and arrest mugshot style profile of Edward Trigg (Kings Cross identities implicated in the disappearance of Juanita Neilson). The mural has text: Stop the Developers; Save Victoria Street.

One of the nine Woolloomooloo History Murals that were attached to the pylons of the Eastern Suburbs Railway.

The mural was designed and painted by Merilyn Fairskye and Michiel Dolk.
