The award-winning author and left wing journalist, Tony Reeves, spent seven years as a councillor on the Sydney City Council from September 1977.
Sound and video were recorded separately at the launch, as was common with low budget 16mm film shoots at the time. The film itself, to be called Walls, was never finished. The creative team involved in the launch filming were: Producer, director, Beth McRae, of Iris Films; audio: Pat Fiske; camera: Erika Addis. Launch stills Photography: Sandy Edwards.
