The plans are undated but are circa 1990s when the project was in development.

The plans comprise 59 photocopies of layouts of street plans and zones as well as streetscape elevations showing heritage buildings, and 98 original drawings on tracing paper (some on paper) that show building heights, area plans and sketches, urban design guidelines, elevations, and zoning areas
These were in packets with the label “Pyrmont – Original Drawings Ted Alexander” and one has a stamp for Auburn Council.
