The images in this collection, titled "Save the Loo", were taken by photographer Geoff Beeche in Woolloomooloo during the 1970s. The collection was donated by Edda Boyd in 2010. The Woolloomooloo Resident Action Group (WRAG) was formed in October 1972 to fight commercial development proposed for Woolloomooloo.The Geoff Beeche photos of the ‘loo’ were from Brenda Humble’s collection of local history accumulated while she working with the resident-action group in the 1970s.
