View of the Garrison Church a Gothic Revival stone Church, designed by H Ginn and later completed by E Blacket. Blacket designed the stone traceried windows, the arcade which divides the nave aisles and the roof. The buttresses at the west ends of the Church have finials decorated with stone carved windows. The floors are tiled and the roof is timber beamed. Foundation Stone laid 1840 but building not completed until 1878.
