The microfilm is stored in orange aperture cards and retained by the Archives Section for reference purposes. The aperture cards are grouped into plan series, however, the series are not arranged in any particular order. Within each series the cards are arranged numerically by plan number or microfilm number in the case of plans microfilmed by South Sydney Municipal Council 1968-1982.
