The remaining volumes record more complete information, generally including: street address; names, trade or occupation, and postal address of owner occupier and ratepaying lessee; details relating to the size of the land and the nature of the buildings; and valuation and rating details.

Within each volume, the entries are arranged sequentially by property assessment numbers (vols 1-9), thereafter by street addresses. Many volumes are indexed to indicate streets.
