It includes an evacuation register, a register of NES wardens, cancelled authority cards, rail warrant books, uniform vouchers, arm bands, and manuals on first aid and air raid precautions.

It also includes a roll of enlistments in the Erskineville Patriotic and War Comforts Fund and register of staff who enlisted for overseas service.

Item 2, the Register of NES Wardens, also contains a Register of Inspections of Properties by Erskineville Council's Health Inspector from 1909 to 1911 which has been registered as a separate series, CRS 688.
