Unique IDAS-0794DateBetween 8th October 1975 and 28th September 1976Date qualifiercircaFormatManila FolderDescriptionOn 13 October 1975, Council resolved to appoint four sub-committees of the Works Committee CA 48. These were the Development and Subdivisions Applications Sub-Committee, the Engineering Works Review Sub-Committee, the Motor Car Fleet Sub-Committee, and the Town Hall House Sub-Committee.

The Engineering Works Review Sub-Committee CA 151 was responsible for supervising the income, expenditure, and operation of CA 5, City Engineer's Department I. The members of the Sub-Committee were Aldermen Denny Linker, Alan Bishop, and Norman J Barraclough. Alderman Nelson Meers replaced Alderman Denny Linker after October 1976.

The first meeting was held on 8 October 1975. This was before the appointment of the Sub-Committee had actually been approved by Council, although the Works Committee had decided on the membership of the Sub-Committee at its meeting on 29 September 1975.

The sub-committees were not re-appointed when their terms expired on 17 September 1977.

The agendas and reports in this series are the Acting Chief Committee Clerk's copies. The last report is from a meeting on 28 September 1976. It appears that the later reports and agendas are not extant.
