These were the Revenue and Expenditure Control Sub-Committee, the Industrial Relations Sub-Committee, the Woolloomooloo Redevelopment Sub-Committee, the Insurance Sub-Committee, and the Property Sub-Committee.

The Industrial Relations Sub-Committee CA 153 was responsible for supervising the income, expenditure, and operation of CA 13, Industrial Relations Department. This included approvals to call for vacancies, granting of retirement benefits, and recommending variations to the industrial awards. The members of the Sub-Committee were the Lord Mayor Leo Port, the Deputy Lord Mayor Andrew Briger, and Aldermen Jeremy Bingham, Walter Pascoe, Barry Lewis, and Ross Bonthorne.

The first meeting was held on 9 February 1976, the last on 5 September 1977. The sub-committees were not re-appointed when their terms expired on 17 September 1977.
