The club house was built on a rise known as Mount Rennie and was opened 19th June 1926. Building in the centre is the original 1860s sandstone Moore Park Toll House which was built about 1849. Tolls were charged until 1894. The golf course opened in 1913 and the toll house was used as a club house until the new club house was built. Beyond the toll house is the intersection of Cleveland Street and Anzac Parade with Cleveland Street leading off to the immediate left and Anzac Parade leading off towards the upper left. Beside Cleveland Street in the centre is located a power control box and along the fence to the right is a New South Wales Police callbox. The Royal Easter Show is on at the Sydney Showground, which is at the upper right, with cars parked in the parking areas opposite the main entrance on Driver Avenue.
