On the near corner is the entrance to the Hotel Sydney bar and bottle department where McWilliam's Cream Sherry and Resch's beer products are available. Along the Pitt Street frontage are a barber, chemist, milk bar, cafe and a delicatessen shop. An archway in the centre of the Hay Street frontage covers the hotel entrance. The dark brick building to its right is the Grand Opera House Chambers at 150 Hay Street and then the Tivoli Theatre is next at 154 Hay Street. On the street level at number 150 is the Total Grand Central Service Station. Pedestrians are walking across Hay Street.
