This file contained loose, typed pages pinned together concerning the supplementary rolls, with an A list and a B list for Upper and Lower Wards for the year 1924. The A lists contained details of people who were not enrolled, but should be, plus additions and changes that needed to be made to existing rolls. The B lists (in red) detailed omissions that needed to be made to existing rolls. Also included was correspondence to and from the Town Clerk relating to the electoral rolls and revision courts, and an enrolment declaration. Letters were frequently pasted onto the back of copies of other council papers, such as Council Meeting Minutes from September 9, 1926, Minutes of the Works Committee from May 25, 1925, an Overseers Report from July 17, 1925 and Health Inspectors Reports from February 9, 1926 and July 16, 1926.
