Obituaries: DEATH OF MR. ST. JULIAN The death occurred yesterday of Mr. Charles St. Julian, an old Bondi identity, and well known City business man. For many years he represented Waverley Ward in the council, and held an architectural position in the City Council service. He then set up in business for himself as an architect and civil engineer. His father, the late Mr. Charles St. Julian, was an official in the Customs Department, and his grandfather, the late Sir Charles St. Julian, was Chief Justice of Fiji. Mr. Charles St. Julian, Architect, for many years representing Waverley Ward on the local council, and having an excellent practise as an architect and civil engineer, passed away last. Monday. [ref: Construction and Local Government Journal (Sydney) 19 September 1923 p 9]
