DIED IN A FIT. Whilst walking along George-street shortly after 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon a married man named Henry Kippax, lately residing in Humphrey-street, Botany, fell down in a fit. He was carried Into a shop, and efforts were made to bring him round, hut without success. In the meantime the Australian Ambulance Brigade were sent for, and upon the arrival of a litter the man was taken to the Sydney Hospital, where life was pronounced to be extinct. The body was then conveyed to the North Morgue, and an inquiry will be held this morning. The deceased, who was about 45 years of age, leaves a wife and four children. In the case of the man Henry Kippax, who died in a fit in George-street on Friday afternoon, an inquest has been dispensed with, a post-mortem having disclosed the fact that death was due to natural causes. [ref: Evening News 15 July 1901 p4]
