There are two letters from the Town Clerk, discussing the fixture of approved pan and water closet under the supervision of the Water and Sewerage Board, which are needed in order to adhere to the Public Health Act of 1896. There is also a letter from Hearle, discussing how the layout of the premisses made it difficult for a water closet to be built.
