A member of Council Committees: Parliamentary and By-Laws (1901-1902 and its Vice-Chairman in 1901); Works (1901 and 1903); Health (1901 and 1904); Labour Advisory (1901); Finance (1902-1903); Staff and Labour (1902-1903); Health and Recreations (1903); Electric Lighting (1903).
