Member of the Finance Committee, 1910-1915, 1917, 1919-1924 and 1931-1934; the Electric Lighting Committee, 1910-1917 and 1920; the Works Committee in 1916; the Health and By-Laws Committee, 1917-1924 and 1930-1934; the Electricity Committee, 1931-1932 and 1934; and the Queen Victoria Markets Building Special Committee, 1910-1911 as its Vice-Chairman.
