Member of the Electric Lighting Committee, 1908-1909, 1913-1920 and its Vice-Chairman in 1919; the Works Committee, 1908-1909, 1914, and 1919-1921; Health and By-Laws Committee, 1908-1909 and 1913-1918; the Street Signs Special Committee in 1908 and the City member on the Board of Water Supply and Sewerage, 1917-1922. He was appointed Commissioner for the Sydney Harbour Trust in 1922. He died on 7 April 1959. Photos: Council Record Series 54/135; 54/235; and 54/290.
