Member of the Finance Committee, 1922-1924 and 1926-1927; the Electricity Supply Committee, 1922-1923 and 1925-1927; the Health and By-Laws Committee, 1923-1924 and 1926-1927; and the Works Committee in 1925. Appointed MLC, 1932-1934 and elected MLC, 23 April 1934 until 8 August 1934 when he resigned. He was born on 29 May 1879 and died on 11 July 1935.
