View of the front of the Exhibition Building, with volunteer artillerymen and guns. The plants in the urns are probably Agave decipiens and Agave americana. The building was designed and constructed by the City Council in 1870, for the Colonial Government to commemorate the centenary of Captain Cooks arrival at Botany Bay.
