On left hand side is the Lands Department Building located at 23 to 33 Bridge Street. Chatsworth House, an eight storey stone building in the centre located at 1 to 7 Bent Street, and the Orient Building, a five story stone building on the right hand side located at 2 to 6 Spring Street, are under redevelopment as part of the Wintergarden Plaza office and retail complex at 1 O'Connell Street. A crane is operating behind façade. In foreground are construction hoardings, pedestrian, trees and parked vehicles.
