On left are hoardings for demolition with signage for Hooker Projects. At 64 to 68 Castlereagh Street is a stone and brick building designed by H.W. Ross and Rowe housing Beehive, Canberra Travel Centre and British Airways. It was built in 1914-1915 as the Usher's Metropolitan Hotel. The facade was remodelled in 1962 when it became BOAC (British Overseas Airways Corporation) House. It was later occupied by Bulgari fashion house. On right hand side is signage for Coffee Lounge and La Salle Restaurant at number 70 to 70A with JLW Real Estate Agents auction sign.
