View south east of Commonwealth Trading Bank building at 108-120 Pitt Street, corner of Martin Place Sydney. A twelve storey building in Grecian Doric style built in 1916, it was the first steel framed skyscraper in Australia. It became familiar to many Australians through the money boxes issued by the Commonwealth Bank to children that were created depicting this building's design.
