A four storey corner hotel building with tower in Mid Victorian style with cornice and bay windows. It was completed in 1879 and named Trickett's Hotel, and later Kings Hotel until 1973, before becoming commercial premises under the name Sugar House. Building has signage for Sportsgirl apparel shop. To the right is a 1 Hour Photo business at 104 King Street and Bruce and Walsh jewellers at 106 King Street.
