To the left is Park Lane Towers at 1 Boomerang Place. In the centre is ACI House at 52 to 58 William Street, an eight storey glazed tile and glass brick building in Inter-War functional style, it was designed by the architectural firm of Stephenson and Turner with Arthur Baldwinson. Serving as the head office and showrooms for the glass manufacturers Australian Consolidated Industries, it was completed in 1941. It was later named Peejays House and occupied by St Mary's Cathedral College. To the right is the property at 60-70 William Street, and the building at number 80, across Riley Street.
