Built in 1902 in Federation Freestyle with scallop decoration, it was also known Batemans Hotel and Crystal Hotel up to 1938. This building's facade was incorporated into the Grace Brothers (later Myer) store on the right hand side at number 436 to 450, becoming the entrance to a car park.
