A three storey brick hotel built in 1941 in Inter-war Functionalist style with a curved brick corner and terracotta features on the windows. It was directly related to the Carlton (formerly Tooth and Co) Kent Brewery, with the main entrance to the Brewery on the right. It later became the Old Clare Hotel, while the Brewery was demolished for the Central Park development.
