They were demolished circa 2009 for the Central Park development. To the right on the corner of Outram Street is another Tooth & Co Ltd building at 50 to 58 Kensington Street, which was also subsequently incorporated into the development. In the upper background is the UTS Tower at 15 Broadway Ultimo, part of the University of Technology Sydney.
