Built for The Commercial Banking Company of Sydney Limited (CBC) in 1925, this is a six storey sandstone clad building in Commercial Palazzo style. It later became the Haymarket Hotel bar. On the right is number 653 to 659 with signage for Kinkaku, which formerly operated as the Haymarket Hotel and was subsequently demolished.
