A three storey building in Inter-war Functionalist style with Art Deco influences and glazed terracotta features, it was built circa 1940. On the right is the Motor Traders Assocation of New South Wales building at number 43 to 51, built in 1939 for the Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation. In the foreground are parked vehicles.
