The seven to eight storey commercial brick building on a corner site was built in 1915 in late Federation Warehouse style, with the Griffiths sign built into the parapet in white glazed brick. On the Commonwealth Street side is a faded sign for Griffiths Bros Cocoa. On the corner is signage for 'Oliba Shirts', 'Factory to You' and '7 Days'.
